Nuvo Dental Clinic opened December 2014 at The Shops at Boudreau in picturesque St. Albert, Alberta. Following a 12 year partnership at The Vassos Clinic, Dr. Colin Diener made a decision to branch out on his own and follow his dream, to build and operate his own dental clinic. As a long-term resident of St. Albert his appreciation for the community and residents made it the ideal location to build Nuvo Dental, not to mention being part of the unique and inspiring development of the Shops at Boudreau, the original setting of the Holes Greenhouse!
A Fresh, Modern Space Designed for Comfort and Clinical Excellence
The clinic aesthetic was designed to have a modern look with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The seven treatment suites are airy and open with glass walls and each are equipped with their own digital x-ray equipment.
A fireplace in the waiting room creates a comfortable experience for the patient before seeing the dentist. Fresh baking is also provided at the coffee counter, provided with care by Nuvo’s awesome staff! Also in the summer months, the large outdoor patio is a treat for all our patients and guests all the time!

Each operatory is equipped with digital radiography. You can also watch your favorite Netflix program while having your procedure done!
NUVO Dental’s two general anesthetic suites, staffed by a medical anesthesiologist, provide the comfortable environment for a comfortable dental experience. Additionally, Dr. Diener can administer dual-drug conscious IV sedation.
Our tablet-driven surgical consoles build custom PDF reports of each procedure, providing detailed information of dental implant insertion torques and RPMs, water flow for each implant placed and other important data.
